Silverskin Seed Garlic

Silverskin garlic grown in New Zealand will have leaves rather than a central stalk and are referred to as a softneck garlic. Bulbs have a beautiful white husk with a blush of pink. Softneck garlics usually have a longer storage life than hardnecks. Bulbs have a combination of both large cloves for planting and smaller cloves for culinary use. The Silverskin garlic that we have for sale this year will have 6 or more large cloves with a minimum bulb size of 55mm.
